RIght of WIthdrawal & Return PolIcy

It is our utmost priority that the designs you acquire from the privileged world of TUVA flawlessly exceed your expectations. Your legal rights under the Consumer Protection Laws and Distance Contracts Regulations are strictly secured by our brand's prestigious service philosophy.

I. Right of Withdrawal and Duration

Valued client; for our standard collection pieces, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the product is delivered to you or a designated third party, without providing any justification and without paying any penalty.

• For items delivered separately under a single order, the day the final piece is received is taken as the basis.
• It is sufficient to notify our brand of your decision in writing or via a durable data medium (e-mail, etc.) before the withdrawal period expires.
• It is essential that the product has only been handled to the extent of a "routine inspection" in accordance with its functioning and usage instructions. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been subjected to routine usage.

II. The Return Process and Mutual Obligations

Obligations of TUVA:

Upon receiving your withdrawal notification and confirming the product's compliance with return conditions; the entire amount collected, including delivery costs, will be refunded to you within 14 days. This refund will be issued in a single transaction, adhering to the original payment method used during the purchase, without reflecting any additional fees. If the return is made via TUVA's contracted logistics partner, the return shipping costs are entirely covered by our brand.

Obligations of Our Client:

You must send the relevant collection piece back to TUVA or its authorized carrier completely and undamaged within 10 days from the date you directed your withdrawal notification. In the event the right of withdrawal is exercised, any ancillary contracts linked to the product automatically terminate without any cost.

III. Exceptional Circumstances for Withdrawal

Due to TUVA's unique manufacturing philosophy and in accordance with legal regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in certain special situations. Please review the following exceptional clauses:

• Personalized Designs: There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are custom-manufactured, modified, or personalized directly in line with your requests, spatial dimensions, or personal tastes.
• Hygiene and Protection Seal: Products whose packaging, tape, seal, or parcel have been opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
• Goods that, by their nature, are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated.
• Goods and services whose prices fluctuate depending on the financial markets and are beyond the seller's control.
• Digital content, software, books, and computer consumables whose packaging has been opened.
• Contracts regarding services that have begun performance with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period (e.g., if on-site installation and application services have commenced).
